Buying Tickets

+ How do I pay for tickets?

Once you have selected your tickets and gone through to the checkout you can pay for your tickets using a debit or credit card. All major cards are accepted.

+ I have paid a deposit. How do I pay the remaining balance?

Instructions about paying the remaining balance are shown below.

  • Go to your account page.
  • Click the original order.
  • Click the large "Pay Remaining Balance" button.
  • Add a remaining balance to the cart.
  • Go to cart and finish payment.
+ Are there any additional fee's?

All handeling fee's are displayed on our website and added to the checkout total. For example £100 + £5 Fees, order total £105.

These fee's go towards the running costs of our website, hosting and administration fees.

+ When will the payment come out of my bank?

Typically the payment shall come out within 2-3 working days. However, transaction times can vary.

+ Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?

Please see the description for each event as this could vary from event to event.

+ My order failed but money was still taken from my account?

If for some reason your order failed but it seems that money has still been taken from your account do not worry. This will be put back into your account within a few hours.

This happens becuase when attempting to make a purchase your bank usually place the money into holding until the checkout process has cleared. In cases where the checkout process does not clear and the order fails, the charge will then be reversed and funds released back to your account.

Failed orders can happen for many reasons. There should be feedback on the checkout page that will indicate a reason for the failure.

My Tickets

+ I've lost my tickets, what can I do?

If you have lost your tickets and/or your order email, you can follow the instructions below to download your ticket again.

  1. Go to your account here.
  2. Click 'Orders'.
  3. Find your order and click 'View' to see your order details.
  4. Go to the 'Tickets' section.
  5. Click 'Download' for each of your tickets and your tickets shall be downloaded.
+ All of my tickets have the same name on them. Can other people use them?

Yes, other people can use the tickets regardless of the name on the ticket. Each ticket is scanned in using our ticket scanners at the event using the unique QR code on each ticket.

+ Do I need to print my tickets?

You can print your tickets if you wish or you can bring them on your phone. Please make sure the QR code is clearly visible as this will be scanned on entry.

Attending An Event

+ What time does my event start?

Please check the event page or your event ticket. This is where you can find all information specific to your event.

+ Is there a dress code for my event?

+ I can no longer attend the event. Do I need to inform anybody?

In the event that you cannot attend please contact your event organiser if their details are available. Failing that please get in touch with us here.

+ How do I find out the address to my event?

Please check the event page or your event ticket. This is where you can find all information specific to your event.

+ Do you have access for disabled or elderly guests?

At all Ultra Events an area with seating is available for disabled or elderly guests with standard tickets. This area is unreserved and upon arrival to the venue you will be directed to this seating area where you can sit with one other guest. This seating is limited so please only bring one guest with you to allow room for people who require this seating. Refunds & Feedback

+ Refund Policy

This varies for each event. Please check the event page and/or your purchased e-ticket to see the refund policy for your event.

In the event that a refund is given it shall be for the face value of the ticket only. No processing fee's shall be refunded.

Refunds take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.

+ How can I provide feedback about an event I attended?
